I had this really intense, really meta dream where while playing a fantasy RPG, I got sent to a magical world where magic was real and that everything in the game was based on this world. There, I became a wizard, and, yes, I had to fight a war to restore the balance of power in that world. (So cliche, I know, but read on).

I later ran into the man responsible for my teleportation into the world. He said he did it because his side was losing, and he realized that the only way he'd be able to get enough competent magic-users and soldiers on his side was to outsource them from another world. He managed to get the RPG based on his world (and its events) published, and it even became an animated series and a video game. But there was a spell tied into all of those, a very weak but specific one - only players, readers, and watchers who obssessed enough over the world would get transported to it. I think my transportation was triggered when I started arguing on a gamer forum about whether this spell I madeup in the fanfic I wrote about the series would be feasible in the game's setting. I never managed to finish the argument, but I was very happy to know that in the game, my made up spell was both possible AND very useful. :P

I was not the only geek who got sent there - in fact, I ran into a couple of fellow geeks in that world (Beejay, Phil, and Bryan) all fulfilling some sort of niche in that setting. I later ran into the protagonist of the animated series - turns out he was one of the earliest geeks to be sent to the world, and what happened in the series ALL REALLY HAPPENED TO HIM. Sadly, I only watched the series up to episode 6, so I couldn't talk much to him, but he was so sad.

I also ran into a husband-and-wife couple who were commanding an army together. I mentioned to the husband that according to genre conventions, he and his wife would die horribly soon thanks to Tropes. He laughed, and mentioned that he got transported to the world while in an edit war at TV Tropes with the girl who eventually became his wife, and then promised to me to be extra cautious in the next encounters. (And yeay, genre-savviness worked, because they managed to not get killed!)

Then our side won the war by using conventional weapons from "real" earth combined with magic and dirty tactics thought up by war gamers. We figured out loopholes in the system to bring in guns and grenades, then freed the other world, and managed to come back.

Then I woke up.

I like trying new things. We were doing our weekly grocery shopping several weeks ago when I saw this jar of chili garlic sauce with ginger on the shelf. I was quite happy with my Pupe's outfit this morning. I went back to the site this afternoon to see that her coat had been ripped off, leaving her on an ice rink in nothing but tights and a scarf. Her "frilled girly coat (red)" had gone invisible. I went to dress her up again and it would say the coat was on, but did not actually show on her body. Is this just a random glitch or is my coat haunted?

I just had a dream, im still trying to grasp it fully. What I can remember is that there was some big house, and somehow, Rachell Araja and I were walking through it. The house looks quite grandeur and a bit old fashioned a la medieval ages castle look. We were finding our way up the stairs. I actually don't know what we were doing. Anyway, someone knocked the door, and when we were about to open it, Ruth apparently came from below (a different set of stairs) and opened the door. But this Ruth has a violent tint on her skin, and one of her arms seemed smaller than the other. She also has this sinister zombie look. When she went to open the door, the REAL Ruth greeted us, and the sinister Ruth collapsed. I actually don't get the point of it. There was also another part of the dream where there was an explosion and Ron died >.<. I never really knew when my dreams are going to be creepy or happy >.<

My daily snapshot won't work at all. I click on save and it just hangs. I've been trying for like an hour now, and I don't want to interrupt my attendance record! What do I do?

Well I hope it's ok to post a follow-up post to this shell discussion :3

Someone suggested me to throw 50 shells into the spring and then post what I got. So I decided to do just that XD

I threw the shells in 3 batches: at around 5am, 2pm and 7pm Japan time.

Other than changing from the street to actually being on the skating rink or pond when you wear skates, how does the background change for this event? I can't tell because I haven't really bought much stuff from it yet and I'm way more entranced with finally having my cat print umbrella right now, but I'd like to know. I've seen a giant bow on a house on some people's profiles while returning comments and I don't have one, but that's the only change I've noticed.

Hi everyone-
Quick question. I thought that we could do this until the 7th!
I moved items to the others category under goods to delete. Items like things I no longer own and such. But it warned me I would lose ribbons and an item.
Does that mean that I can't actually delete the items anymore?
